Terms of Use
The rules for using CheckSuite apps and services. Written in plain English.
Using CheckSuite
By accessing the CheckSuite platform or apps you agree to use them lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and to follow our acceptable use policy. These terms apply to every paid plan and free trial.
Accounts & subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Trial periods are clearly marked and never charged without your consent.
Your content
You own the projects, inspections and reports you create with CheckSuite. We process this content solely to deliver the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including reverse engineering, sharing accounts, uploading unlawful content, or using CheckSuite to harm others. Breach may result in account suspension.
Liability
CheckSuite is provided on an as-is basis. We take great care to keep the platform reliable, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your reports and compliance documentation. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
